Are you an experienced Art Director able to lead and collaborate with design teams to develop effective content across multiple channels? Then you just might who we are looking for. If you join us as an Art Director, you will join our creative team at our international office in Ho Chi Minh, and you will work with global brands.
At the office you will have close to 300 colleagues in different departments. You will also work with our offices in Europe. We have our headquarter in Denmark, and we are truly an international company with Vietnamese as well as Scandinavian roots and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will be responsible for carrying out extensive graphic design and video projects for international clients.
• You will be the point of contact when working on conceptual design, art directing still and video project formats to deliver highly crafted marketing execution.
• You will have the opportunity to work and develop your skills across a variety of projects, executing a steady flow of marketing requests such as brochures, catalogues, print ads, print work, web layouts, newsletters, presentations, and other marketing material following brand guidelines. Ensuring all quality standards are maintained according to design guides.
• Collaborating with your team and team leader in Vietnam, you will take responsibility for your projects from the start, all the way through design, artwork, and delivery.
• Together with the project managers, you will get to build and maintain a close relationship with overseas colleagues in Denmark, UK and Poland offices.
• Execute a steady flow of marketing production requests from clients such as catalogues, ads, posters, flyers, banners, packaging and other marketing material based on client templates in Adobe InDesign including final art for press
• Have a creative mindset to also do the work with and without any templates

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• You have a Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or other related fields.
• You must have at least 5 years of experience working as an Art Director for a design, advertising, production or other related departments within a company.
• You must be versed in conceptualizing and art directing design related materials including video requirements used in both offline and online channels.
• Knowledge on still and video production workflow is a must.
• To succeed, you will have extensive multichannel design experience, creating materials for both print and digital. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop are your favorite tools to produce designs and finished artwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You are comfortable facing clients in sparring/brainstorming sessions and presenting creative works.
• You can demonstrate experience / portfolio of designs showcasing your creative skills working with marketing materials on a high level.
• You are collaborative and meet challenges with a positive mind and an optimistic perspective.
• You have good English communication skills.
• You must have at least 5 years of experience working as an Art Director for a design, advertising, production or other related departments within a company.
