I. Job Description As an AI Expert, you will play a pioneering role in researching and developing cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance the quality of products and services. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strategic consulting capabilities to design and implement optimal AI strategies that drive innovation and large-scale AI adoption. You will be responsible for leading the research, evaluation, and deployment of a wide range of AI technologies — from traditional machine learning models to advanced systems such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent architectures — applied across diverse domains such as telecommunications, education, healthcare, and finance. Key Responsibilities • Analyze complex business challenges and propose suitable AI technologies and architectures (including ML, LLMs, and AI Agent-based systems) for large-scale AI projects and national-level AI platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. • Design and develop machine learning models for multiple use cases, including traditional ML, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision. • Optimize deep learning models for low latency and high throughput, enabling efficient deployment in large-scale systems. • Convert and deploy models using frameworks such as Triton, Riva, DeepStream, TensorRT, vLLM, LM-Deploy, and SGLang, and optimize for edge devices (mobile, laptop, camera, etc.). • Analyze, measure, and fine-tune model performance across advanced hardware and software infrastructures. • Implement practical MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration, model versioning, and automated deployment. • Collaborate closely with external partners to ensure smooth integration of AI models from training to production. • Contribute to building the strategic roadmap for AI research and deployment in key national digital transformation projects (e.g., e-Government, healthcare, education). • Deliver AI training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external clients. • Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and specialists to achieve organizational goals.

Technical Expertise & Experience: • Deep knowledge of AI techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, LLMs, VLMs, and reasoning models. • Strong foundation in model architectures like Transformers, Attention mechanisms, long-context inference, quantization, and distillation. • Over 5 years of experience leading large-scale AI projects or developing real-world applications serving millions of users in areas such as NLP, Computer Vision, or Data Analytics, or academic publications in top-tier AI conferences (Rank A). • More than 5 years of hands-on experience with AI toolkits: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Nvidia Nemo, DeepSpeed, Axolotl, Usloth, etc. • Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and the ability to develop prototypes using Python, Java, R, or C++. • Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow. • Experience using Docker and Kubernetes for model packaging and system orchestration. • Strong experience integrating AI models with real-world operational systems via APIs. • Excellent system architecture analysis and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product management teams. Education: • Master’s or PhD degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or equivalent from top universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Engineering and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, or University of Science, or with distinction from recognized international universities (especially in the U.S., U.K., Australia, or Singapore). Preferred Qualifications: • Graduated with honors from top-tier local or international technology universities. • Award winner in national or international Mathematics or Informatics competitions. • Holder of a Master’s (with distinction) or PhD in Computer Science or AI from a reputable international institution. • Proven experience as an AI Engineer, AI Expert, or Data Scientist at global companies or universities. • Recipient of awards or top rankings in AI and Data Science competitions.
