Assembly Line Supervisor

Reports to: US Headquarters, San Francisco office

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Line Supervisor to oversee the assembly line, and production of goods within our manufacturing facility. The Assembly Line Supervisor oversees daily operations of the assembly line to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating workflow, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and output. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Production Line Supervision experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with vendors, production staff, warehouse manager, and logistics providers to ensure efficient flow of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers

• Ensure production schedules and output targets are met

• Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards

• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures

• Train, coach, and evaluate assembly line employees

• Assign tasks and manage labor to optimize efficiency

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or equipment issues

• Maintain accurate production and performance records

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management teams

• Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required

• Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards

• Knowledge of safety regulations

• Basic computer skills (production reports, email, spreadsheets).

Schedule

• Full-time

• May require shift work, overtime, weekends, or holidays

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Work Location: Factory #2, No. 42/17, DT 743 Street Binh Phuoc B Quarter, An Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
