Assisstant Site Manager (MEP)

• Lead all MEP functions at the construction site, ensuring strict compliance with safety (EHS) regulations, design standards, and quality requirements.

• Manage, review, and approve all technical submissions, including design drawings, Shop Drawings, Method Statements (MOS), and Material Submittals (MA), in coordination with design consultants and partners.

• Supervise on-site construction of MEP works to ensure execution is precisely aligned with approved specifications and procedures.

• Coordinate effectively with the project team, other departments, and relevant parties to monitor project schedule, manage quality inspections, and control project costs within the approved budget.

• Handle regulatory coordination and approvals (design, power connection plans, capacity) with authorities, including EVN/Utility companies.

• Propose and implement power network development plans and optimization strategies, including renewable energy integration.

• Prepare operational guidelines for MEP systems and power connection schemes for end-users/tenants.

- At least 5-7 years of experience in power system development and project management for high-rise, low-rise residential projects

- Having experience in dealing with authorities, EVN on related matters to electricity

- Having construction supervision license would be an added advantage

- Possess positive attitude such as strong willingness to learn, honesty, and work ethics

- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and oral form. Must be able to communicate and write in English

- Strictly follow integrity and anti-corruption policy of the company

- Good leadership skills to promote teamwork to achieve common goals

- Good English skills
