Description As an Assistant Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. * Preparing accurate financial statements and reports. * Overseeing the reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies. * Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes. * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient financial workflows. * Assisting in audits and implementing corrective measures if required. * Providing guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. * Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems. Profile A successful Assistant Accounting Manager should have: * A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. * Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. * Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
