Report to: HR & Admin Manager
Department: HR & Admin
- Lead & supervise administrative team to do daily operation tasks, ensure all tasks is done properly and meet the deadline
- Represent to work with government authorities, building management for all company administration issues
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Sourcing, evaluating suppliers effectively to purchase products and services for the office operations
- Frequently update with suppliers for the situation of market price fluctuations and get the best quotations
- In charge of review and revision of contracts for office supplies, negotiating prices and contracts to obtain the best terms and conditions
- Create and control all office asset management procedures and related issues
- Execute payment schedule, payment process of all office supplies
- Organize and save department files, contracts, dispatches, etc.
- Support our expat staffs in visa application, work permit and TRC, find apartments, execute leased contracts
- Handle amendment of company ERC and IRC
- Find, set up new office, review and negotiate all office leased terms and conditions
- Handle new office interior and construction
- Other work assigned by the BOD
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree of the majors: Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related majors
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in Administration, managing office or equal positions
- Good command of English, both in written and spoken
- Strong working knowledge of MS office softwares (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Result-oriented, careful
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, multi-tasking
- Good organization, planning and time management skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
- Work well in a team or independently
