Job description
- Analysis consumer trends, market trends to define white space/business opportunity to develop idea/concept for innovation
- Support/collaborate with LM to develop, refine the winning mix for innovation
- Well collaborate with stake holders (global & local) to design full mix for innovation
- Developing, planning the route to market with Sales & Trade team based on aligned strategy
- Following up/implementing launch activities for innovation, ensure all activities are in line with plan and guidelines.
- Frequently monitoring trends from consumers & market point of view, timely fuel new insight, trends to the team, having conceptualized outcome from analysis that pave the foundation for planning innovation roadmap or new idea concept.
- Following up and evaluating launch result, ensuring the mix is well deployed as planning, timely highlight to the team if there is off-road deployment
Job requirements
- University degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing
- 2-3 year working experience in Marketing (primary), especially FMCG model, or any functions relating to Commercial & Analysis (CMI, Trade Intelligent & Planning, etc…).
- Prioritize the candidates having experience in 6Ps development, new product launch
- Analytical thinking, strategic thinking, ability to ready between the lines, crafting insight and connecting dots for conceptualized finding
- Good at presentation & communication skill
- Well communicated in English for both verbal & written
