A. Job Purpose:
• Working as part of Marketing team to build & develop strong brand awareness.
• Make sure brand's annual sales reach the goal with cost-effective performance within budget approved.
• Ensure new product development (or re-launch) is on schedule and achieve business goals as planned.
B. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Brand Manager in planning & proposing to the Marketing Manager the annual marketing plan for the brands
• Update & analyze characteristics, habits, needs of target consumers of the brand
• Monitor, update and analyze prices of competing products of the brand
• Monitoring and updating advertising activities promoting competitive products of the brand
• Assist BM make and propose a marketing plan for 4P marketing quarterly with the approved budget
Assist BM to make & execute quarterly Marketing Plan 4P for the brand under the approved plan
• Carry out and be responsible for design, advertising, communication and promotion activities as required
• Coordinate and lead the activities of all relevant departments within the company to implement the business plan of the brand at the given time
Other regular activities:
• Plan and carry out market visit on a quarterly or ad hoc basis through the Fieldwork Plan
• Track the sales of your brand. Coordinate the sales department to solve the difficulties associated with sales report monthly results of the brand through PR Meetings.
• Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
• Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
• Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products.
• Write reports, specifications and creative briefs
• Follow up market research, analyze market trends and competitors’ price
• Implement effective marketing plans through advertising and promotions
• Carry out testing to launch new products
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager in FMCG, prefer cosmetics/ personal care
• Knowledge of product pricing, packaging, distribution and positioning
• Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Results-driven attitude
• A creative mindset
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
