A. New Product Development (NPD)
• Market & Consumer Insight
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps, trends, and
consumer insights.
o Monitor fresh meat consumption habits, nutrition trends, and lifestyle changes to spot
innovation opportunities.
• Concept Development & Business Case
o Develop product concepts aligned with brand positioning.
o Prepare business cases including pricing strategy, volume forecast, cost analysis, and
channel opportunities.
• Project Management
o Work cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure
product feasibility and timely launch.
o Manage project timelines from ideation → prototyping → pilot test → commercial
launch.
o Coordinate packaging development ensuring both regulatory compliance and brand
consistency.
• Post-Launch Tracking
o Track performance of new products: sales results, distribution coverage, consumer
feedback.
o Provide actionable recommendations to optimize portfolio and innovation pipeline.
B. Brand Communication & Building
• Annual Brand Plan Execution
o Support in developing and implementing 360° brand communication plans (ATL, BTL,
Digital, PR, In-store).
o Ensure brand message consistency across all touchpoints.
• Agency & Partner Management
o Brief and work with creative, media, PR, and activation agencies to develop impactful
campaigns.
o Manage day-to-day execution and monitor deliverables, ensuring cost efficiency and
effectiveness.
• Campaign Performance & Reporting
o Track KPIs (reach, engagement, sales uplift, brand health metrics).
o Provide analysis and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Brand Assets Management
o Oversee packaging, POSM, and communication materials to ensure alignment with
brand guidelines.
o Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive edge.
C. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Budget Management
• Work closely with Trade Marketing to align brand communication with in-store execution.
• Collaborate with Sales team to support channel-specific initiatives.
• Manage assigned marketing budget, ensuring ROI optimization.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of marketing/brand experience, preferably in FMCG or food industry
(fresh/frozen category is a plus).
• Solid understanding of NPD processes and brand communication strategies.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with consumer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English & MS Office; knowledge of Nielsen/market data tools is an advantage.
