*Your Purpose
Support Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns in line with brand objectives and directions.
*Some of the key areas you would own include :
• To assist the Brand Manager in developing brand strategies and plans.
• Responsible for translating brand plans into effective execution plans for all channels, including digital and eCommerce.
• Execute approved plans flawlessly via clear communications and working closely with cross functional teams, partners, agencies across platforms or channels (online and offline).
• Constantly monitor on-going activities and report progress against plan. Assist in conducting post evaluations.
• Assist in processing product registration, license renewal/packaging amendments, advertising license, promotional activity license, testing, product photo editing, compose product description and pricing.
• Manage marketing budget and update line manager to ensure effective and efficient return on investment; handle document tracking and filing for A&P payment, accrual process.
• Assist in market research to gain an understanding of consumer insights, competitor intelligence and market information.
• Prepare monthly reports with analysis on sales, shares, brand health tracking etc.
• To undertake projects and other tasks as assigned
• Conduct frequent trade and consumer visits
• Ensure compliance of marketing procurement and trade spends control, aligned with corporate policies and values.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduates in Marketing or business management.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of brand marketing experience gained with multi-national companies in the dairy or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Positive, ‘can do’ attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Confident, articulate and a logical thinker.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hardworking, open minded and willing to learn new things.
• Detailed-oriented, creative with conceptual thinking competency
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
