An industry-leading company is looking for a proactive and strategic Assistant Manager - Corporate Branding to strengthen brand positioning, enhance audience engagement, and ensure alignment across various communication platforms.
Description
1. Brand Strategy & Execution
* Design and implement branding initiatives in line with business goals.
* Safeguard consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication.
* Monitor market movements and consumer behavior to identify brand development opportunities.
2. Social Media & Digital Engagement
* Lead social media planning, content development, and performance tracking.
* Optimize engagement and conversion rates through data-driven campaign adjustments.
3. Website Content & User Experience
* Manage updates and structure of website content with a focus on SEO and user experience.
* Coordinate with design and technical teams to implement enhancements.
4. Influencer & KOL Collaboration
* Source and manage influencer partnerships; oversee contract negotiation and campaign delivery.
* Evaluate effectiveness and evolve strategies for better outcomes.
5. Paid Media & Marketing Performance
* Execute media buying strategies across online and offline platforms.
* Analyze campaign insights to improve reach and return on investment.
6. Sponsorship Management
* Identify and oversee sponsorship opportunities that reflect brand values.
* Track results and ensure alignment with strategic communication objectives.
7. Media Relations & Public Affairs
* Develop press materials and manage external communication with media outlets.
* Handle interviews and monitor public perception through media tracking.
8. Crisis Communication
* Create and maintain response plans for potential reputational challenges.
* Lead communication during critical incidents to protect the brand image.
9. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
* Conceptualize and implement CSR programs aligned with corporate identity.
* Promote initiatives both internally and externally to enhance brand trust.
10. Research & Market Intelligence
* Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer insights research.
* Translate findings into strategic input for communication and marketing teams.
11. Trade Events & Dealer Engagement
* Organize nationwide dealer events and manage event logistics.
* Build strong dealer relationships to support brand advocacy.
Profile
Professional Skills:
* Experience in brand building and integrated marketing campaigns
* Competency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations
* Ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance
* Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google tools, CRM systems
* Background in the consumer products or manufacturing sector is a plus
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Personal Attributes:
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and result-focused
* Able to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic environments
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Collaborative team player who can also work independently
