Assistant Content Creator

1/ Content Strategy & Scripting (50%)

• Work with Marketing member – Video Editor to develop the plan for video content production, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across digital channels.

- Create video ideas, develop video scripts and execute videos shooting that align with brand guidelines and content strategy.

- Conceptualize and write scripts for short videos (TikTok/Reels/ Youtube shorts).

- Create diverse content: captions, trends, voice scripts, and review scripts.

• Oversee the entire video production process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and engaging content

2/ Video shooting – Video editing (50%):

• Plan & execute video production, including shooting setup and management.

• Participate in filming and act as the main talent in shooting sessions

• Assist in video shooting, including setting up equipment, lighting, props and other necessary preparations.

• Execute video shooting to ensure the final products are consisted with the confirmed plan

• Assist in video post-production, including cutting, color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless video execution.

3/ Collaboration with Marketing Team:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual content

• Work closely with Marketing team members to develop a video content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals and brand messaging.

• Deliver creative and professional videos aligning with branding and marketing strategies.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (content field is preferred).

• Be dynamic, youthful, and quick to catch on to trends.

• Having a pleasant appearance and basic English is an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
