1. Approach the key customers

• Ensure the covering key and important project owners, and contractors to build up the solid relationship and ensure the visit frequency to provide solution information, consultancy, quotation and close the sale. By approaching the contractors, the role creates the sell-out to distributors proactively.

• Support distributors, applicators to approach potential customers and provide sales consultancy, technical services, marketing material to win the projects.



2. Build up the distributors and applicators for new solutions

• Develop distributors for new products. Support new distributors to set up the business those are including product training, understanding market, setting sale target, develop the sales strategy to achieve the sale target.

• Support distributor to provide the technical, installation training to applicators. Ensure the new solutions can be installed properly and meeting quality requirements.



3. After sale services

• Understand the market and work closely with distributors and applicators, contractors, project owners to prepare the forecast efficiently and ensure the inventory to supply for the secured projects.

• Coordinate with technical team to provide the technical services to customer.

• Work with finance and marketing team to build the costing for new products imported from different Saint-Gobain plants



4. Compliance statement: Make sure all of the activities of sales team will be complied with internal control of the group.

5. Leaderships: Know well how to work efficiency with other functions to achieve target.

6. Follow up: Work efficiency by using CRM tool to track the project pipeline and predict the sale results and sale target achievement.

7. Passionate : Have a very good passion to achieve the sales target.

8. Good relationship and knowledge’s in term of project in VN: Understand deeply the projects sales nature, project phases and key stakeholders in projects in VN and also have a good relationship with key developer and key contractors.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

Bachelor degree in construction material and business

2. Experience:

At least 5 years experiences in building material industry especially construction chemical.

3. Sales skill:

Strong sales skill: good questioning technic to understand customer insights, dynamic and creative to offer the customer the right solutions which is advantage in comparing to competitors. High commitment and result oriented.

4. Computer Microsoft office skills:

Good at Ms. Office.

5. Language skills:

Good in speaking and writing English.
