Assistant Logistics Manager/logistics Officer (Paper Product Manufacturing)

1.Manage and handle the operations of flow of goods and materials, including management of shipping, transportation and customs declaration, partnership with PMC and warehouse operations to meet order fulfillment, quality and cost objectives

2.Review processes, develop and implement supply chain strategies and process improvements solutions to meet company goals.

3.Drive for continuous improvement of truck utilization, cost effectiveness & control, and customer satisfaction level

4.Timely liaise with cross functions to strive for operational excellence, and with customers and suppliers when encountering the issues of operations, cycle time, quality and audit.

5.Manage and handle the logistics suppliers’ performance and ensure the operation is efficient and cost effective.

6.Perform ad hoc assignment by management.

1. University graduation

2. Over min 5 years or over working experience in shipping, customs and transportation operations in manufacturing field of which 2 years in a managerial position.

3. Familiar with the Vietnam logistic and customs policies and regulations is essential.

4. Good communication & interpersonal skills

5. Good command of written and spoken English, preferable Chinese and Mandarin.
