This job holder is responsible for monitoring AAS&FCT incidents and proposing alternatives for risk mitigation from the AAS&FCT side; and making sure operational process to meet internal and external guideline as the first line defense. This role requires a deep understanding of the Agency Sales Forces (ASF), AAS & FCT with the consideration of the ASF impulse to increase Distribution Experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Gathering / Documentation
• Document the business process and collect the requirements of the system from the Agency Sales Force (ASF).
• Draft and elicit business requirements specifications (BRS) in accordance to the project’s goals and objectives.
• Generate a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements defined for a system are tested during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Construct logical models that describe the data and business processes.
2. Functional Testing / Validation
• Review the UAT Plan, ensure identified test cycles and allocation of resources are optimal with BAU activities.
• Prepare Test Conditions based on the approved BRS and update the requirements traceability matrix.
• Report problems/defects identified during UAT and propose solution.
• Assist in analysis of test results.
• Provide recommendation for UAT signoff and document applicable exclusions (if any).
3. Implementation and Training
• Ensure that system enhancements / new applications are satisfactorily go live.
• Perform post implementation smoke testing and regular QA checking.
• Ensure that the implemented system adheres to all mandates, physical constraints and service level agreements.
• Prepare reports/dashboards to measure the performance of system enhancements.
• Prepare training materials, user manuals, and conduct walkthroughs to relevant stakeholders.
4. BAU
• Prepare strategic initiatives status updates.
• Post-check internal process, sales process, complaint handling and policy services.
• Work with stakeholders to follow corrective actions.
• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Provide immediate support/consultation on production issues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Language skills (verbal & written): proficient in both Vietnamese & English.
• At least 5-year experienced in business analysis or life insurance. Experience on Administration & digital system transformation is preferable.
• At least 3-5 year experienced in quality control, internal control or audit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Power Point/Visio).
• Able to work under tight deadlines and heavy pressure.
• Experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, strong logical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative and open-minded.
