This position will be responsible for managing all the supports related to the work deployment of FSC (Financial Services Consultant)/ BSM (Bancassurance Sales Manager) as well as involving & supporting for all sales activities, promotion campaigns, customer care activities, sales contest, etc. championed by Banca Channel with Banker partners, internal sales force and customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage all supports in business activities, sales stimulation programs/ campaigns, sales contests, customer care activities,... offered to all internal sales force, bank-partner’s staff and customers under BS scope of work, function and responsibilities, including but not limited to coordinate with internal relevant departments, bank partners and third-party vendors/ suppliers to let the deployment smoothly and effectively.
- Support sales force in SI production during their selling, especially for quick-win campaigns; collect and consolidate required documents to legalize for the events; work with all relevant parties to reconcile the data post activities, programs, campaigns; consolidate and complete the reports in relation of each activities/campaigns/programs,...
- Manage daily operations of the team with sales supporting functions such as allocating company assets, working tools to internal sales force (referral model), bank-partner staff (direct sales model); coordinate with Compensation and Finance team to reconcile the data related to assets that have been purchased and allocated to internal sales force and bank partners; coordinate with NBU to deliver corporate policies to sales force; coordinate with BS Onboarding and COE in reverting the signed agent contracts and insurance certificate to sales force,...
- In-charge of budget planning for all items related to asset, marketing materials,... and execute the purchase accordingly with the approved ones to support for business activities (raise PR, conduct bidding, follow up production, allocate to banks, make payment to vendor…).
- In-charge of all reports related to BS as assigned by department head.
- Contribute to and involve in system enhancement.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure support quality to sales force and sales activities accordingly.
- Support the department head in other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3-5 years of working experience with MNC or multi-cultural environment, preferably in Banking/ Insurance industry. Banking background is a plus.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Good communication skill in both EN and VN.
- Customer service and detail-oriented.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, high pressure and changing priorities as required.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit, open-minded.
- Self-motivated and fast learning.
