Assistant Manager, Ckd Parts Development & Outbound Supply

1. Internal Collaboration:
• Follow up shipments status to make sure arrivals of parts to the plant always in time for production plan.
• Follow up in customs team to ask for oversea payment documents to hand over to Finance to settle oversea payment timely.
• Responsible for all oversea payment documents after customs clearance.
• Follow up with forwarder to set up delivery schedule of all shipments. In the meantime, negotiate with logistics warehouse person to hand over all incoming goods in time.
• Follow up incoming based on shipping schedule & customs status; Ensure to handle incoming shipments to logistics warehouse & other departments in safety & good condition packing from oversea suppliers.
• Responsible for CKD Parts Development Report yearly for Manager Customs report to General Manager or Daimler.

2. External Collaboration:
• Responsible for controlling & monitoring the process/ procedures of CKD Parts Development with Daimler and other CKD countries.
• Responsible for CKD Parts Deletion process with DAG for direct supply from oversea suppliers. Responsible for all issues with Oversea Suppliers in regards of CKD Parts Development Project status and Direct Supply sourcing.
• Ensure all contracts with oversea suppliers of direct supplied parts are in time. Control next steps to make release order for direct supplied parts from oversea suppliers timely.
• Ensure all shipments from Oversea Supplier in time based on production plan.
• Follow up Incoming shipments through customs team and keep contact with Oversea Supplier for any deviation timely.
• Follow up & update CKD Knock Down Requirements at local government to Daimler.

3. Others:
• Keep good relationship with oversea suppliers & other departments.
• Coordinate with customs team to keep updated import, export tax policy regularly.
• Point out list of the parts with high import duty or huge difference between AFTA region or from other countries.
• Support warehouse regulation, warehouse layout, warehouse audit.
• Support General Manager to control budget and Logistics Investment.
• Cooperate with planning team and inform related departments the implementing part direct supply for series production.
