Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì
- Target achievement monitoring at dealers in their region (quantitative and qualitative). Remind dealers of the results of sales performance monthly. Consult to dealer solutions to increase sales volume.
- Implement and monitor of sales measures.
- Supervise retail sales, allocation, ordering, planning and inventory at dealers in their region.
- Follow up dealers on stock orders.
- Collect of dealers requests, concerns etc, in regard to sales situation
- Support on dealer’s daily operation (customer complain, special discount, supply / allocation).
- Market analysis (SWOT) together with Dealers in order to advice dealers about the best solutions for consolidating sales activities.
- Visit to Dealers at least 1 time per week at dealers in their region for supports & follow up sales activities & other issues.
2. Fleet Sales
- Contribute to developing the fleet business.
- Co-operate with the responsible fleet salespeople in the Dealers for a common approach towards fleet accounts.
- Build a network to other market participants (e.g. rental, leasing, fleet management companies, banks…).
3. Direct Sales:
- Conduct MBV direct sales according to the sales guideline to ensure the compliance conformity, including initiating the MCP for sales to G rated customers.
4. Market analysis
- Analyze & forecast the trend of sales within the regions. Make a proposal to superior should an adaptation/ adjustment on the sales strategies is necessary.
- Analyze competitors in comparison with MBV in their region. Provide ideas/suggestions to superior to bring out the best solution for sales activities.
5. Monthly reports & review
- Generate monthly report of dealer retail and fleet sales business for preventive and/or counter actions and/or improvement.
- Propose ideas/suggestions to superior to improve sales performance & other issues related to Sales Business
- Review & updated sales guidelines. Based on this, making proposals to superior in order to reinforce sales guidelines & sales process.
6. Coordinate with Other Departments of MBV
- Participate on general meeting, product presentations, motor show and trainings in their region
- Coordinate with Distribution Dept. to follow up vehicles distribution plan by monthly at dealers in their region
- Coordinate with Retail Network Dept. to follow up monthly & annual audit about dealer standards at dealers in region South & dealer margin system (payment).
Chuyên Môn Của Bạn
- Minimum 3-years experience in automobile sales (preferably Truck / Bus / Commercial Vehicles business) with 1-year experience at low management role in sales
- Good knowledge of automotive industry (preferably commercial vehicles).
- Good at strategic thinking, analyzing, planning.
- Good social knowledge/relation/network/interpersonal skills.
- High team-work spirit and supportive.
- Good command of English. Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident & able to work independently.
- Willing to travel.
