- To update laws of labor, SI, Union…and make the company rules.
- To organize the activities between employees and departments, building corporate culture, code of conduct among members
- Recruitment & Training: To seek, contact, and arrange for interviewing candidates, preparing document for new employees. To make the training program and organize the training course of compliance, company regulation…for new employee.
- Admin: To Perform/check the storing and organizing information on official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents, to manage company’s property and equipment, do the reception work.
- In charge of / check the purchasing common assets, equipment or supplies in the business. Support management of facilities by storing invoices, vouchers, contracts related to buying, selling, renting, borrowing facilities, machinery and equipment in the company.
- To support Manager for building KPI system for each position of Department.
- Others.
-To make other reports to Manager/ Group.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Trình độ học vấn (Education Level): Đại học (University)
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc (Working Experience):Trên 5 năm (Over 5 years)
- Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Language Skills): English_ good level of written and verbal communication skills
- Graduated from majors related to Human Resource Management
- Skilled in applying the law to the company's welfare policy, regularly updating this information.
* Notes:
- Have good skill of MS Word, MS Excel.
- Experience work for logistic company is advantage.
