Mô Tả Công Việc
• Social Insurance and related task; Register, maintain or finalize employees’ social book
• Prepare report to balance social insurance; Register, extend or cancel health insurance cards; Follow up on returning social book to employee when they resigned.
2. Health Care and Accident Insurance
• Prepare fluctuation report; Check endorsement.
• Follow up and request the related to health care and/or accident insurance reimbursement from employees.
3. Personal Income Tax
• Registering Tax Code for Employee & Dependent/ Registering Dependent
• Monthly PIT declaration; PIT Payment request to Tax Authority; PIT finalization.
• Prepare reports with information of total income in 2016 (salary, insurance contribution, tax deduction…) for all employees.
• Issuing PIT certificate/ Issuing PIT finalization letter.
• PIT correction after findings (Local+, PIT finalization 2016 + 2017..)
• PIT reports to Tax Authority.
4. Admin tasks support Employment Process & Employee Relation
• Prepare and follow-up signatures for Offer letter (for newcomers).
• Input employee data (personnel, job data information, etc…) to Employee master file.
• Contact employees for signing and receiving.
• Follow up and prepare decisions of termination.
• Instruct employees to complete the Exit Clearance Form and submit the Social Insurance Book before they leave the company.
• Support to provide Certificate of employment and True Copy of LC.
• Filing employee P-file all related documents (CV, JD, decisions, etc...)
• Additional tasks requested by direct Supervisor/Manager/HR Head
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Conversant with Labor Law and Social Insurance Law, Tax Law
• At least 2 years of experience in C&B field
• Good knowledge in Compulsory Insurance, Labor Law, PIT and good skill in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently /Problem solving skill/ Team work
