Assistant Manager, Industrial Leasing (Asian Language)

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Industrial Leasing will support the business development and leasing activities for Frasers Property Vietnam’s Industrial Parks, focusing on tenants and investors from Asian markets (e.g., China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, etc.). This role is responsible for managing client relationships, preparing leasing proposals, coordinating with internal departments for deal execution, and ensuring a smooth tenant onboarding experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct daily leasing/ marketing activities following leasing strategies to

maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company’s assigned portfolio.

• Manage all leasing functions: new lettings, renewals, rent review, surrenders, pre-

terminations, negotiations, etc.

• Update trends for competition in the market (Built-to-suit product), manage market

intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order

to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant properties.

• Identify and approach potential industrial tenants and investors from assigned markets.

• Maintain a strong network with agents, chambers of commerce, and business associations in

the target region.

• Manage/ monitor all weekly and monthly reports (rent rolls, leasing updates, commission

reports).

• Work on SAP (upload, key-in data, contracts, conditions, etc.)

• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Industrial Leasing Team of international real estate developer.

• Proficiency in English and at least one Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) - essential for business communication.

• Extensive network of Chinese, Korean, or Japanese clients doing or intending to do business in Vietnam.

• In-depth understanding of Industrial Market and Products (including ready-built and built-to-suit).

• Foundational understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Industrial Real Estate.

• Demonstrate can-do attitude, and willingness to perform hands-on duties.

• Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Based in Ho Chi Minh city with the flexibility to travel to other provinces due to work requirements.
