Assistant Manager, Industry Finance

MISSION:

Create real and active partnership with Industry team in Vietnam.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Set up/ maintain cost center structure;

• Regularly check and ensure the reliability of product master data (bill of materials, routing, material price…);

• Coordinate annual budget (capex, opex, headcount), yearly mass update standard costs;

• Prepare quarterly manufacturing costs forecasts, monitor & improve forecast accuracy;

• Month-end closing: actual vs plan analysis, group reporting, local reports verification (piece salary, Industrial KPIs, savings), stock take;

• Calculate standard costs for new products, simulate standard costs if any requirement from Industry/ Commercial team;

• Regularly review and update standard costs of existing products (if any change in BOM and resource);

• Create and promote management reports/ dashboard that facilitate the plant performance management/ decision-making process;

• Ad-hoc analysis: make or buy, ROI, saving initiatives validation…

• Other tasks assigned by Plant Financial Controller and Industrial Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business (or completed ACCA fundamental level or similar CMA/CIMA level).

• At least 3 years experiences in budgeting, forecasting, product costing in labor-intensive environment

• Experience in SAP product costing or similar ERP;

• Excel: comfortable working with master data, pivot table, basic financial modelling/ business scenarios.

• English: ability to communicate effectively in written English.
