PURPOSE:
- To execute, monitor, control, and close out company projects related to system development, sale platform is preferable.
- Responsible for driving projects to success.
- To manage IT vendors in terms of maintenance, productivity review, contractual/finance documents management and management reporting.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To prepare Risk assessment, Request for Proposal (RFP) or Business case ready for approval.
- To work with Procurement for Vendor Selection Process (if any).
- To develop a project management plan.
- To update project status, risks & issues regularly.
- To coordinate with vendor, team members, department users and senior managers for overall business requirements and analyse impacts to system development to ensure appropriate execution timeline.
- To manage approval process for the project costing and follow up actual costing during project implementation timeline.
- To timely escalate to senior management team when there are issues with project progress for prioritization process.
- To manage and follow up with vendor/IT for system development and support resources.
- To facilitate other supports vendor required during their work with our company.
- After project closing, transfer to BAU & make post implementation review.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree.
- 5-7 years of working experience, in which 3-4 year experience in project management.
- Experienced working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- IT/Insurance background and sale platform is preferable.
- Knowledgeable in computer software and skillful in computer system usage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and priorities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent in organizational, analytical and planning skills.
- 5-7 years of working experience, in which 3-4 year experience in project management.
