Assistant Manager, Private Enterprise Advisory

• Lead the meetings and conduct workshops with clients

• Build and standardize process, financial model, management report, working capital management advisory… as well as deliver other Private Enterprise services

• Support on business developments, products & services developments.

• Support to conduct relevant research to support services delivery

• Support to conduct internal training / sharing with other team members

• Work independently with minimum intervention from high management

• Have sound knowledge or working experience of financial management, business processes and business operations.

• Keep abreast of current trends and ongoing development of technical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting or related disciplines is essential

• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA or MBA professional qualifications will be an advantage

• At least 3 - 4 years relevant experience in either external and/or internal finance & accounting function, external audit, management accounting.

• Demonstrable knowledge in one or more of the following areas: financial management, business management, and corporate governance

• Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Financial modeling skill, experience with Power BI or SQL will be an advantage

• Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
