- At least 5 year-experience in FMCG industry as a role of Sales Operations Leader. Used to work for international company and manage the team (at least 5 staff up).
- Strong at business analytical reporting
- Knowledgeable of distribution system
- Skillful in sales forecasting, business analysis, team leadership and coaching
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellence at Excel is a must.
- Able to work in accurate, hard, enthusiastic and honest manners with high level of responsibility and commitment toward assigned tasks
- Analysis skill is a must. Pro-activeness and hard-working.
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
