Job Summary:
SMDP Assistant Manager is a skilled and experienced professional responsible for leading and managing a team of top-performing sales representatives. The SMDP Assistant Manager will play a supporting role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by implementing effective sales activities and providing exceptional leadership to the SMDP members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop High-performing FC & MDRT
• Provide efficient coaching, training, and sales activities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Lead SMDP members to achieve performance growth and further development.
• Drive the team on quality recruitment, quality sales to achieve sales revenues, and productivity, especially maintaining the retention rate.
• Motivate the team through both extrinsic & intrinsic factors.
• Participate in a co-training with FC Training part to enrich and unlock the full potential of SMDP members.
• Develop MDRT through specific training, coaching, supporting programs & long-term development.
2. Build a Sales Culture Full of Positive Energy
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of high-performing sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
• Implement projects that support the building of a strong service excellence culture, branding, performance consistency and professionalism of the sales force, especially MDRT.
• Organize and conduct sales activities to support SMDP members.
3. Plan and Execute SMDP
• Develop SMDP comprehensive plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to organize sales workshops, events, and ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.
• Build, design and conduct training modules for SMDP members.
• Responsible for developing SMDP members to sales leaders.
4. Sales Performance Analysis:
• Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of SMDP.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance sales performance.
• Develop and implement corrective actions or adjustments to SMDP operation direction as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Strong in execution, influencing, verbal communication and presentation skillset, should be able to take the stage and be able to explain strategies and initiatives
- Strong coaching, and training skills
- Practical sales experience and driving MDRT initiatives will be an advantage
- Over 3 years of working experience in Life Insurance industry
- Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
- Proven Leadership abilities to inspire and develop high-performing team.
- Ability to collaborate with other members of the Team and other departments of the Company.
