Assistant Manager, Technical Sales (Power Generators) (HN)

• Develop and implement strategy to acquire new customers as well as build and maintain positive relationship with existing customers to promote sales in Data Center Services or Commercial Building Services (Shopping Mall, Office Building, Supermarket,...)

• Assess customer needs and potentials

• Manage and build rapport to different stakeholders in senior level

• Provide technical consultants to DC developers, contractors and M&E Contractors

• Determine project cost and propose profit margin

• Develop contract, negotiate contract terms and ensure contract terms meet company policies

• Follow up payment schedule,

• Provide reports on request

• Achieve sales and gross margin targets

• Monitor the tender progress

• Meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer by cooperating with AE (Application Engineer), After sales and Sales Admin Department

• Ensure timeliness of order approval and that delivery schedule meets customer’s need

• Monitor delivery schedule, inform customer on all logistics arrangement.

• Co-ordinate with relevant departments and suppliers for troubleshooting; in order to maintain and improve customer relationships

• Familiar with basic financial metrics ( margin, Account Receivable ...)

• Technical project sales

• Selling & Negotiation Skill

• Basic computer skill

• Graduated from Technical university

• 4-6 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales

• Familiar with products of power generators/genset segment and Data center/Commercial Building network.

• Knowledgeable in Data Center/Commercial Building project sales and project management.
