Job Description

1. Take charge of building and developing brand strategies like launching the new brand or new products
2. Making and deploying Marketing Campaign and Brand activity based on brand positioning
3. Manage and plan all digital marketing including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Ensure effective budget planning, tracking and control for advertising
4. Design, build and maintain our social media presence including creating content marketing campaigns ensuring to reach right target audiences, meet their expectations and build the brand’s awareness/credibility
5. Take lead in engagement and communication with vendors (consultants, media/event agencies, production house, suppliers, etc.); plus colleagues across multiple departments;
6. Organizing events such as project launches, openings; video/photo shoots and other joint-marketing activities
7. Setting up and maintaining of Sales Galleries, Show Units, Mock-up Units, Sales Offices, etc with high standards for smooth operations and innovative customers’ experience.
8. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought and perspective for adoption where appropriate
9. Produce various content types for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and website when needed
10. Perform duties as assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements

*** Education and Experience:

- A Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration / Marketing / PR (Preferred)
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 03+ years of marketing experience PR and digital marketing area (Real estate preferably)
- Proficient in English: Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading
Skill Sets
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM as well as performance MKT is plus
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Expertise in planning digital and viral marketing campaign strategy
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent presentation skill
- Microsoft Office fluency
