- Organize team structure, build Route plan for PG SR Merchandiser
- Allocate Sales target, tracking performance against daily, weekly, monthly
- Negotiation with store on weekly execution: SOS, visibility, POD listing, Sales orders,
- Provide insights from market about competitor, categories opportunities, & suggest activity plan to KAM to deliver monthly target
- Provide forecast to KAM for key activities & promotion & NPD
2. Sales & Distribution management:
- Monthly deliver target per customer group/ Sales supervisor/PG to achieve a company target, including: OSA, SOS, inventory, promotion post, order to delivery process
- Expanding distribution-POD by listing new SKUs or coverage more stores
- Monthly monitoring and review team and individual sales performance to meet target.
- Implement daily in store execution, merchandising and product shelf-life on the market.
3. Ensure excellence in Field Sales Management & managing Team:
- Manage Sales supervisor and PG working plan/ SR MCP to ensure 100% on filed by routing.
- Recruit Sales Rep or PG staff and ensures integration and development activities.
- Motivate and encourage sales force in a daily basis.
- Build up teamwork spirit and supporting attitude among a team including HO.
- Improve sales capability especially selling and supervision competences.
- Manage staff turnover rate compliance with market rate in FMCG industry.
- Control channel price conflict to ensure a stability of distribution.

2.Working Experience: 5-year-experiences in international FMCG environment or junior KAM position.
