We're looking for an expat who will provide operational support to the Outlet Manager, act as OM’s “right-hand person” who supports him to advance customer experience at Zion Sky Lounge and Dining
- Serving as a liaison between the company and its customers.
- Meeting with customers (mostly foreigners) to introduce and provide further details about products and services, and to make sure they have the best experience at the outlet
- Managing the company’s relationships with current customers and building relationships with potential clients
- Assisting the Outlet Manager with all areas of engaging customers and making sure services offered are on point.
- Communicating and explaining the company’s product/services to clients
Working time:
9:00 PM – 1:00 AM (night shift)
5 days/ week

- Great track record experience in sales and customer service.
- Highly motivated, customer service, and outgoing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Passion for F&B, Nightlife or Entertainment industry
- Charming and attractive appearance
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- High interest in current trends in lifestyles, entertainment, etc.
- Great track record experience in sales and customer service.
