Summary: Responsible for the product planning function and execution throughout the Product development division. His/her accountabilities are also inclusive of gathering, prioritizing products and customer requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with other relevant teams to support and ensure revenue, customer satisfaction goals and the company’s overall strategy and vision are met.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
₋ Be an expert with respect to the lending product feature, loan processing, market competition, customer demand
₋ Monitor and report the performance of existing internal loan product program, credit campaign.
₋ Conduct market research, propose new product line, product campaign with detail sales strategy, basic product feature, credit policy, incentive & commission scheme.
₋ Work with potential external partners to assess partnerships and widen opportunities.
₋ Coordinate with relative divisions/departments (as the leader or supporter) to launch new products and services or implement company project.
₋ Other ad-hoc tasks related the product planning function.

1. Qualification: University Graduate
2. Work Experience
₋ 4+ years of experience in Bank or financial company
₋ Practical credit experience in product development, credit sales, credit policy, credit risk management (preferred)
₋ SQL knowledge and data analytical skills (preferred)
3. Knowledge
₋ Personal loan product
₋ Installment loan product
₋ Car loan (preferred)
4. Skills
₋ Fluent English, good at MS Office and basic computer skill.
₋ Communication & negotiation skill
₋ Time management & project management
2. Work Experience
₋ 4+ years of experience in Bank or financial company
₋ Practical credit experience in product development, credit sales, credit policy, credit risk management (preferred)
₋ SQL knowledge and data analytical skills (preferred)
