Responsible for providing premium collection services accuracy and timely as guidelines
Major accountabilities
• Process Initial and Renewal premium (Corporation Clients) as guideline, unit time and TAT
• Process billing notice for Corporation client (draft, issue, get signature, sign stamp, scan
• Work with NB, CS, FIN, IT to handle related transactions
• Recommend solutions/opportunities to improve business process
• Support team at month-end, year-end
• In-charge of team engagement activities
• Other tasks as assigned

• Life Insurance knowledge is an advantage

2. Education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably in Finance, Insurance, Banking, Business Administration
• 1 year experience in Premium Management or Policy Admin is an advantage
3. Communication scope
- Internal Client Services, Finance & Accounting, Actuary, for BAU
- Distributions, Bancassurance
- IT for any task related to system
- External vendors
