Mô Tả Công Việc
- To support credit consultation process, complete facilities’ Conditions Precedent and participate in the documentation process
- To ensure strict compliance of all internal rules and banking regulations
2) Business support as well as internal administration and reporting:
- To handle agency work, loan disbursement/ review/ roll-over/ prepayment and transactional account operation.
- To support administrative works including preparing internal/external reports, customer meeting arrangements, internal applications (E&G, Business trips) …
- To conduct other daily routine tasks.
3) Customer service:
- To respond and process clients’ daily requests.
- To support RMs and Team Leader in managing customer portfolio.
- To co-operate with other CBVN-HNI members and other departments to provide the best services to customers.
4) Assistance and back-up TL when required:
- To perform any other duties assigned by HOD, Team Leader and RM.
- To assist and back-up TL when required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years working experience in banking industry, good knowledge of business promotion & credit analysis.
- Excellent English command
- Good command of computer & MS office
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills for business
- Hard working and customer oriented mind-set
- Being able to work in details with time consuming or minor tasks
