Develop and increase traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels that will improve overall revenue for the hotel and other key financial and customer matrix.
Evaluate the performance of website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotels on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date.
Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the properties on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the properties.
Ensure the properties content (photo and descriptions) in all online channels remain accurate and brand compliant.
Update content for the property on all online channels.
Upload rate/ package to system and channels following Revenue Manager’s advice.
Generate reports when required.
Check across the inventory to ensure maximum profitability online channels.
Ensure rate parity among OTA channels.
Do market survey, analysis competitors.
Evaluate the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Excellent in verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Be familiar with Opera system.
Be familiar with IHG Concerto, Fusion Suite system is an advantage.
