Assistant Sales Manager (Phó Phòng Kinh Doanh)
Job description
- Control Sales section's operation
- Build up and maintain customer relation in order to achieve customer's satisfaction
- Research and develop new customers
- Sales pricing study and proposals for customers
- Control and follow up the progress of new project with related departments to meet customer's schedule
- Take responsibility for updating and distributing forecast, purchase order and delivery schedule
- Ensure delivery schedule to customer on time
- Control and conduct inventory of property lent by customer
- Work closely with other related departments for effective operation
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Set goals for the team/section and ensure they are met
- Other jobs assigned by Manager.
Job requirements
- Have at least 3 years experience in the same position
- Fluent in English
- Logical thinking and problem solving skill
- Communication skill
- Have strong understanding about incoterms and existing commercial laws (if any)
- Reading and understanding skills of technical drawings are priority.
- Dynamic, enthusiasm, responsibility
- Able to work under high pressure
