Assistant Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Executive

Role purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. If you have a proven sales track record and have strong business acumen, we would like to hear from you! The suitable candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the Polyolefin and/or Engineering Plastics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing of Polypropylene (PP) Polyethylene (PE) products in Vietnam Market.

2. Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities for Vietnam market.

3. Liaison and coordination with suppliers, clients and overseas associates.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

5. Understand customer needs and deliver cost-effective, customised solutions and fulfilment.

6. Prepare and present sales proposals, lead contracts negotiations, and successfully close deals.

7. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Company.

8. Work independently to manage clients support activities, conduct own market research to identify current market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

9. Work closely with internal team to ensure timely delivery and exceptional after-sales support.

10. Manage any outstanding invoices.

11. Any other tasks being assigned by Superior.

1. A recognised Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the plastic resin industry (e.g. PP/PE/PET/PVC). Candidates with experience in the Engineering Plastics industry are welcome to apply.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with keen attention to details.

4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

5. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.

6. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

7. Willingness to travel as required.

8. Fluent in Vietnamese. Proficiency in English and Chinese will be advantageous.
