Assistant Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Executive

Role purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. If you have a proven sales track record and have strong business acumen, we would like to hear from you! The suitable candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the polymer and/or resin industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in the polymer and resin market.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Understand customer needs and deliver cost-effective, tailored solutions.

4. Prepare and present sales proposals, lead contracts negotiations, and successfully close deals.

5. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Company.

6. Work independently to conduct own market research to identify current market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

7. Work closely with internal team to ensure timely delivery and exceptional after-sales support.

8. Any other tasks being assigned by the Superior.

1. A recognised Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the plastic resin industry (e.g. PP/PE/PET/PVC).

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with keen attention to detail.

4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

5. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.

6. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

7. Willingness to travel for business development as required.

8. Fluent in Vietnamese. Proficiency in English and Chinese will be advantageous.
