I. Job Summary:
Sales Training is an integral part of the Nationwide Sales force. In this role, the Assistant Manager, Sales Training will support Sales Training Manger to deliver the objective of enhancing employees’ skills, optimizing performance, productivity and quality of work of Sales force. His/her other key responsibilities include:
• Organizing, leading & monitoring key Line trainers to develop & provide qualified sales training program.
• Coaching, observing & providing feedback to line trainer in sales, leadership & high quality relevant to training programs.
• Managing line trainers’ performance, training program qualification and overall training efficiency/results.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Planning/Budgeting/Managing
• Plan to ensure providing the required training programs
• Periodically evaluate the unit’s performance & training program qualification
• Measure training result (satisfaction>learning>impact>result>ROI)
2. Day to day activities
• Work with key line trainers to analyze training needs for the identified roadmaps and IDPs
• Work with team to plan for the program development, coaching & delivery
• Observe line trainer on site and provide line trainers with constructive feedbacks
• Lead the review, revise & upgrade the existing programs to ensure they are up-to-date.
• Lead the relevant high quality training programs D&D for Sales force & above
• In charge of training production & deliver quality (materials, contents, facilities…)
• Develop key trainers, training delivery skills & required skills
• Monitor key line trainer’s performance, Training quality and Training result.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Sales Training Manager
3. Management of Reporting Units
• Reports of Key Line Trainers
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualification: Bachelor Graduate (Training/Finance is a plus)
2. Work Experience:
• At least 3 - 4 years’ experiences in training
• At least 1 year in similar position.
• Sales & consumer finance background is a plus
3. Knowledge: Financing, banking knowledge
4. Skills:
• Strong in both verbal & writing communication
• Strong in people development mindset
• Excellent in training design & development
• Strong is training analysis and measurement
• Strong in coaching & feedback
• Excellent in program design & development
• Strong leadership skill
• Professional presentation skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluently in both English &Vietnamese
• Willing to travel and rotate
