• Responsible for delivery and develop to ensure the relevant sales training programs in plan.
• Provide coaching for new/ revised training to key line trainers, observe & provide feedback for key line trainer in sales training programs.
• Measure sales training programs qualification and training result.
• Frequency travel is required per month.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
His/her key accountabilities include:
• Conduct training need analysis for sales and relevant training programs
• Demo, coach to enable line trainers to conduct relevant sales training programs
• Observe and provide feedback to line trainer for relevant sales training programs
• Participate in developing sales and relevant training programs for sales
• Join field work to understand the business and gain more insights for training
• Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation
• Participate in Training projects & other assignments from Head of Sales Planning & Development.
• Develop programs to improve training method of Line trainer.
• Develop training programs for Sales Supervisor, Sales Officer.
• Directly participating in new product launches, implement activities for sales force.
• Building teamwork improvement programs, sales promotion programs through internal communication channels.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree (Training/ Finance is a plus)
2. Minimum Experience
- 02 - 03 years experiences in training.
- 01 year in similar position.
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills
- Strong in analysis & presenting ideas
- Well-structured communication
- Good in English & fluent in Vietnamese
- Good interpersonal and convincing
- Strong in both making & answering questions.
- Strong at coaching & providing feedbacks.
- Professional presentation
- Teamwork and result oriented.
- Good at Microsoft office
- Willing to travel and take rotation.
