Job Description
• Assist store manager to do stores operating management and supervise staff daily work.
• Hỗ trợ Cửa hàng trưởng trong công tác quản lý cửa hàng và giám sát nhân viên.
• Motivate staff’s enthusiasm, help stores to achieve monthly sales target.
• Khuyến khích năng lực làm việc của nhân viên để đạt được mục tiêu doanh số bán hàng.
• Actively collect market information and report to company.
• Thu thập thông tin thị trường ngành thời trang và làm báo cáo.
• Handling customer complaints and problems related to the store management.
• Xử lý khiếu nại của khách hàng và những vấn đề liên quan đến cửa hàng.
• Carry out the company instruction and accomplish other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements
1. Able to communicate in English or Chinese

2. Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
Có bằng Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng.
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for Assistant Store Manager and a half year working experience for Trainee position.
Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan tới vị trí ứng tuyển.
4. Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
5. Required Skill(s): Be familiar with computer operation.
