Assistant to Board of Directors

The job holder will report to BOD. He/she will accompany our Board of Directors in devising and implementing business strategies of the Group.

SCOPE OF WORK

- Collaborate with the BOD Secretary Team in organizing business schedules, activities of the Chairman of the Board

- Organize internal meetings between Chairman of the Board with internal divisions, departments within the group

- Assess, analyze the business performance, operating activities of the group, market insights and competitors in order to devise suitable business solutions/recommendations

- Lead or take part in specific projects assigned by BODs

- Offer detailed presentations relating to group's business activities

WHAT WE EXPECT

- Bachelor or higher degree(s) in Business, Accounting or similar majors

- Exposure in consulting (management consulting, Big 4) will be preferred

- Proficient in English (speaking and writing). Chinese proficiency will be preferred.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
