Assistant to BOM (Board of Management)

- Providing support to the BOM (Board of Management) in tasks related to school management.

- Attending strategic meetings and taking meeting minutes for the BOM.

- Assisting in BOM’s activities: booking transportation, hotel accommodations, preparing meetings, serving refreshments, and hosting guests.

- Schedule Management: Manage the BOM's calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure timely reminders are set.

- Acting as a liaison with various departments within the school/company.

- Supporting BOM's extracurricular activities (areas such as M&A, investments, legal projects).

- Managing the personal projects of BOM members.

- 1-2 years of experience as an assistant. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Experience in the financial sector (ability to understand financial reports is required).

- Proficient in English.

- Acceptance of recent graduates with a major related to finance/accounting/auditing (GPA of good rank or higher is an advantage).

- Swift, resourceful, tactful, with excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to travel for short/long-term business trips as per BOM project requirements.
