Job description
- Organize and monitor the Board of General Directors' work schedule to regularly remind, provide information or suggest and adjust appropriate working time and location when necessary; - Organize and participate in meetings, record and summarize content, make minutes and take notes on main contents to serve management and operations - Draft and prepare documents and records, collect necessary information at the request of the General Director; - Compile and interpret documents as required; - Support the organization, management and operation of hotel business. - Propose and implement effective solutions for hotel business development. - Support recruitment, participate in training and evaluation of hotel personnel; Actively review the hotel's internal operating policies. - Carry out market research reports and participate in developing projects on hotel operations - Support the expansion of partnerships and potential customers for hotels in particular and the hotel Management & Development department of the group in general. - Coordinate management, inspection, and supervision of the hotel's operational and business management, ensuring efficiency.
Job requirements
- Graduated from University majoring in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related field… - More than 01 year of experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with international hotel experience - English: IELTS 7.5 or higher, knowing other languages is an advantage - Logical thinking, quick learning, - Creative, able to handle work well, careful and meticulous in work. - Dynamic, enthusiastic, able to learn and absorb quickly. - Resistant to high pressure at work, proactive, agile, energetic, quick to grasp ideas. - Have presentation skills & convey ideas. - Understanding of all hotel management practices and related regulations - Have experience working at a hotel. - Arrange and manage scientific work; - Good communication skills, handle situations quickly and delicately - Ability to work independently and well in groups, achieving cooperation with everyone - Ability to make decisions and solve problems - Proficient in using office software (Word. Excel, Powerpoint...) - Basic knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) - Can travel domestically or internationally
