Mô Tả Công Việc
Project Management:
- Closely manage strategic projects of companies, including conducting regular meetings to review status and escalate pending issues to CEO timely
- Actively participate as a project member in some key projects assigned by CEO and supporting all projects as necessary
- Represent CEO in meetings to review project status and be a resourceful liaison between different teams/departments in projects
Reporting
- Manage meeting minutes of all meetings chaired, participated by CEO to closely follow up after and regular update on the items aligned in MOM
- Setup meetings and logistics to ensure meeting efficiency
- Coordinate and ensure meeting materials are well prepared before each meeting
- Support CEO on reports, presentation deck, proposals reviews
- Support other departments in presentations in meetings with HQ
Day To Day Operation
- Support some key functions of the company in day to day operations of key functions such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Risk and Collection assigned by CEO
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Basic requirements:
- Language: Excellent English skill is a must (speaking writing, listening and writing)
2. Qualifications:
- Education qualification: background in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure.
3. Experience:
- At least 2 year experiences at the same position Project Manager, Assistant to C-level positions
- At least 3 years Experience in financial services industry is a must with good knowledge of financial services products (payment, lending are key)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Excellent problem solving and logical thinking
- Demonstrated good people skills including managing different stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent skill in developing great presentation materials for effective pitching
- Excellent research skills of the financial services industry and best practices in sales, operations and products.
