Job description
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, partners, state officials, departments and agencies
• Recommend business development strategies for supporting CEO
• Compile, revise and develop documents as required
• Summarize and report financial planning
• Analyze and evaluate business and departmental performance using performance review
• Consult and advise the CEO on building strategic orientations for the company's development
• Meeting coordination:
- On behalf of the CEO, chair internal meetings and schedule meetings with partners, make preparations including creating agendas, preparing materials, scheduling the conference space required, writing meeting minutes and sending it to all meeting attendees and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and proactively remind departments to complete work concluded in meeting minutes
• Proofread, review and classify documents submitted for signature and proposals of the departments for accuracy, completeness, and conformance before submitting to the CEO
• Support CEO to monitor and work with departments in the company
Job requirements
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Ability to write and speak English from pre-advanced or higher (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher, knowing Japanese and Korean is an advantage)
• Two or three years of experience as an executive assistant, or commensurate experience in finance
• Strong organizational skills, expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Critical thinking and strategic thinking
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving and be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Display an exceptional ability to learn and adapt, detail-oriented
• Diligence, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proven ability to work independently while receiving instructions regarding remote work
• Basic principles of financial management, office administration and business operations
Remuneration package:
• Monthly salary: Negotiable. 13th month salary included.
