Assistant to CEO (Strategic & Operations Coordination)

A. Business Development & Partnerships
• Support the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities across B2B, B2G, and international markets.
• Conduct research and analysis on industries, competitors, and emerging trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in developing proposals, partnership frameworks, and business presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
• Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentation materials for client meetings, conferences, and strategic discussions.
B. Strategic Support & Performance Tracking
• Assist in formulating and monitoring strategic plans, business targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Consolidate reports from business units and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the CEO in evaluating business performance and proposing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Draft speeches, briefing notes, and content for internal or external events as assigned.
C. External Coordination & Representation
• Serve as the CEO’s liaison with key partners, investors, and external organizations.
• Facilitate communication, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
• Support the organization of strategic events, meetings, or partnership activities involving the CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant to C-level/PMO/Project Coordinator or equivalent (preferably in finance or B2B environments).
• Experience in coordinating technology product development projects is an advantage.
• Experience in working with international partners is preferred.
Education & Language
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Excellent command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

• Strong organization and time management with logical and problem-solving mindset.
• Skilled in cross-functional project coordination, progress tracking, and task closure.
• Able to multitask and handle pressure while maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates discretion and confidentiality.

• Proactive, disciplined, and accountable; adaptable to fast-changing environments.
• Strong service mindset and professionalism in both communication and documentation.
