Consultation and Advisory Support:
• Assistant to Deputy General Director of Business Development in planning and implementing business policies and strategies to develop sales and expand the market.
• Compile and build the Business Strategy Documentation.
Meeting Organization and Documentation:
• Represent the Deputy General Director in organizing regular meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Record all information and content from meetings and process tasks based on the Director’s instructions.
Sales Program Execution:
• Collaborate with departments to implement sales programs in various phases.
• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of programs after completion.
Support Marketing and Events:
• Participate in and support marketing activities, conferences, seminars, and trade shows domestically and internationally as directed by management.
Document Preparation and Dissemination:
• Draft official documents, records, regulations, and policies for the Business Department.
• Ensure timely communication and implementation to relevant departments.
Business Performance Evaluation:
• Conduct monthly/quarterly evaluations of business results.
• Identify and promptly address risks to business operations and the company.
Representation in Decision-Making:
• Act on behalf of the Deputy General Director to resolve business-related matters when authorized.
• Communicate with partners and clients to address significant issues that the Business Department cannot resolve promptly.
Annual Reporting and Rewards Recommendation:
• Report and evaluate overall business performance annually.
• Honestly and promptly propose rewards for outstanding departments or individuals.
Yêu cầu công việc
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or related fields from reputable universities domestically or internationally.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an assistant in manufacturing and trading companies with at least 200 employees and annual revenue exceeding 300 billion VND.
• Expertise in building business strategies.
• Proficiency in management tools and market analysis methods.
• Ability to oversee operations in the International, Domestic Sales, and Marketing Departments to provide appropriate support.
• Proficiency in English communication and fluency in another foreign language (preferred).
