Sales Strategy Analysis: • Support market trend analysis, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies. • Conduct research on customer preferences, industry trends, and emerging markets to identify development opportunities. • Assist in evaluating the performance of sales campaigns and provide proposals for improvement. • Review business reports, consult with the CEO on key issues, and make important recommendations. Support in Research and Development (R&D): • Collaborate with the R&D team to gather information from sales data and customer feedback to improve and develop products. • Support in testing and evaluating new products to ensure they meet customer needs and market requirements. • Provide insights on market trends and customer requirements for R&D decision-making. Sales Support: • Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence. • Support in developing sales documents and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. • Serve as an intermediary between the sales department and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Coordination with Other Departments: • Coordinate with production, shipping, and customer service departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Support in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise between departments to maintain work efficiency. • Assist in aligning the goals and direction of departments with the company's overall objectives. Other Responsibilities: • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance indicators for review by the VP of R&D and senior management. • Support in organizing and analyzing sales data to generate insights and identify areas for improvement. • Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by the VP of R&D.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in the building material or manufacturing industry, or previous experience at consulting firms. • Language: Fluent in English with all 4 skills. • Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make proposals. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
