* Position Overview:
The Secretary to the Country Manager (English - Vietnamese - Thailand) is responsible for carrying out interpretation tasks during BOD meetings and document translation from Thailand / English to Vietnamese and vice versa; as well as fulfill coordination and administration tasks to ensure effective support Country Manager in Company’s day-to-day operational management.
* Responsibility:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison Country Manager and both internal/external departments.
- Prepare and hold company meetings, make meeting minutes and related dossiers.
- Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure the Country Manager’s time is utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Track projects assigned to respective departments and teams, monitor the implementation of assigned tasks in the meeting minutes and report the progress to the Country Manager.
- Ensure accurate information delivery and effective communication throughout working sessions between foreign expats and company personnel.
- Review and verify documents submitted to the Country Manager and provide secretarial support to make complete dossiers.
- Oversee and interpret the company’s administrative policies and procedures.
- Communicate with internal units/departments initiatively for problem-solving or daily processing.
- Prepare and translate documents, such as reports contracts, submissions, meeting agendas, memos, technical documents, etc., in both English and Vietnamese.
- Support administrative and logistics work, including: arranging meeting schedules, book meeting rooms, etc.
- Collaborate with other corporate departments to complete the assigned or other tasks as assigned upon business needs by the Country Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Thailand is preferred
- Bachelor´s Degree in Thailand/ English Language, Business Administration, Economics or similar field. Preferably experience in FMCG business.
- Good interpretation and translation skills both in English/Thailand and Vietnamese, secretary is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities.
- Good documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization of tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong sense of responsibility; be proactive, able to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
- Demonstrate independent and results-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
