KRA 1: Trade Marketing & Channel Development
• Implement national trade programs at regional level, ensuring adaptation to Northern market culture.
• Design and pilot sell-out–driven initiatives to increase outlet performance (e.g., bundled offers, mechanic-driven trials).
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective POSM deployment and stock rotation.
KRA 2: Outlet Engagement / Partnership
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with workshops and outlet owners, respecting local customs and hierarchy.
• Design localized loyalty or recognition programs that appeal to Northern values (status, pride, craftsmanship).
• Collaborate with Sales team to activate high-potential workshops through joint visits.
KRA 3: Brand Activation & Visibility
• Adapt national brand campaigns into regionally relevant stories or events via connecting or organizing community-driven programs (local festivals, rider clubs, garage appreciation days)
• Co-create activations that can attract media attention or generate organic buzz (garage transformation stories, local hero mechanics, influencer tie-ins)
• Ensure all executions align with Motul brand identity while pushing creative boundaries
KRA 4: Market Intelligence
• Analyze Northern consumer and outlet behaviors to tailor promotions and communication tone.
• Monitor competitors’ regional approaches and identify cultural nuances in their trade execution.
• Provide insights into the national team on emerging trends and new opportunities
KRA 5: Innovation & Experimentation
• Initiate and test new trade activation models (digital engagement, mechanic’s storytelling, community gamification, etc.
• Measure ROI and recommend national scale-up of successful pilots.
• Encourage collaboration with brand team to turn local insights into creative assets
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field
• Proven experience driving sell-out and outlet engagement programs, not just trade administration.
• Strong understanding of Northern Vietnam cultural and market nuances.
• Confident in planning and executing localized activations and new experimental formats.
• Strong analytical ability to connect sales data to trade actions.
• Creative mindset: able to develop “newsworthy” concepts that enhance brand visibility
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating with remote team (based in HCM).
